NYC Recovery Challenge Reception

The Urban Tech Hub launched the New York City Recovery Challenge in September 2020 in partnership with Google for Startups and Tech:NYC to help identify companies that are creatively using new technology to support small business job growth in the City.
In December, awarded $150,000 in prize money to three incredible NYC-based start ups and identified another seven companies who we dubbed “NYC Recovery Fellows”. Since January, this cohort of ten companies has been enrolled in a mentorship program co-curated by Fernando Gomez-Baquero and Google.
The closing reception is meant to culminate the challenge and celebrate the winners.
